1st Series Home Practice Video

I slept through my alarm Monday morning, had a long, exhausting day and almost thought I wouldn't get to practice.  Then I got a second wind at 6pm and ended up with this:

Not only did I find the energy to practice, but also finally taught myself to slap together a proper video.  It's about time.  Maybe I'll make one of 2nd series, too.

  1. I have not figured out how to like making videos yet. Whenever I have tried, It took so much effort. Maybe it was because my camera sucked though.....

    1. I just used my mac webcam and iMovie, which made things pretty simple. Time consuming, yes, but not complicated.

  4. Beautiful! So neat to see you make some of the same minor adjustments/body movements as you go through as I feel I do. Only had time to watch some but I will come back and finish. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Hi Luch. When I decided to record this practice, it was for my own analytic purposes -- I never intended to share -- so all my little tics, preps, and adjustments are there in full force. I'm glad you noticed. Thanks for watching!
